well u can press bte on cd, but there is a very minmaxy rule that u can do if u wanted to

u should probably sim enchants aswell, skirmish is only good in pure st anymore I think and even then should be equal to eternal stats, ligyhltess force same thing, not that good even in aoe im pretty sure
