greenskins should use quick draw talent
(as @pliant escarp said) not using vanish. should ambush > vanish > ambush in the opener and then vanish > dispatch for the rest of the pull
not maintaining roll the bones and slice and dice. they should always have 99% uptime. refresh slice and dice with under 11s remaining
you're spending combo points at 4/3cp a lot which should never happen. the CP spending rules are here (from #outlaw-faq)
So for this build (necro greenskins) you should spend cp at 6cp normally but at 5cp if broadside or opportunity is active

I was spending at 4/3 cp because i was afraid of overcapping my points due to random procs etc, felt like losing CP was a DPS loss to spending at 4/3 then gaining some
i get you. the rules we have are the best at having the most cp efficient spenders and minimizing the impact of cp overcapping, which is still not always avoidable
Is there any rules as to how many CP should be spent on Slice & Dice? does it just follow the generic CP spending rule?
yes follow the normal finisher rule
we snd after bte so ti should be ur second finisher
at max cp same as every other finishers
