Forsaken:

Shadowstrike: random drop from mobs in starting zone.

Quickdraw: Loot map pieces from Farmhands, Graverobbers, Murlocks and Scarlet Crusade mobs, combine the 4 pieces and then use the final map to dig under the bridge that leads to Brill, which will spawn a chest containing the rune.

Mutilate / Rune of Mutilation: Pickpocket the lieutenant at 85 45, use the ring to forge the documents at Brill Town Hall, turn the forged letter to Jamie Nore at Brill Town Hall, she gives you the rune as a reward.

Rune of Slaughter: Requires a key that can be dropped from Wailing Ancestors at 51,27 or Pickpocketed from random humanoid mobs, with the key in hands go to the Agamand Family Crypt in 51,27 and use it to unlock a chest on the left side of the room where Captain Dargol is located, Recommend having the quest "The Family Crypt" since its in the same place.

Between the Eyes / Rune of Precision: Pickpocket Shipwreck Cache Key from Murlocks (not 100% drop chance, but confirmed Vile Finn Minor Oracles have them), open Shipwreck Cache at 66,24

Blade Dance for Orc/Troll:

Pickpocket Southsea enemies just south of Ratchet for an item, something along the lines of "Buccaneer Ignition Kit." then take the item to the ridge above with the higher level pirates. There should be a small camp stockpile with wooden posts, near the middle there should be a barrel that you can interact with next to some crates. Blow up the crates, then loot the chest that appears.

Personal preference at the end of the day. But shadowstrike can only be used when you open combat, so a lot less total damage.

Found Envenom. In Hillsbrad in Durnholde Keep, behind the building with the orc prisoner (Tog'thar I think?) there's a vendor. The vendor sells an item "Hot Tip". After buying you can open it and it contains a map and a safe combination.
The map tells you to "Follow the river north; past the Alterac Mountains. What you seek lies beneath the falling rapids.". Following the river until plaguelands you'll see a waterfall with a chest at the bottom that contains envenom.

Tbh Saber Slash is really underperforming for me. Hits less than SS and the mobs die too fast for the dot to do anything. Shadowstrike hits more than SS and costs 20 energy + mobility.

deadly brew for alliance is some bullcrap. You don't need to go to stonetalon. You just need to free the npc in the beginning and then corpse run. But I really don't recommend trying it before 22 when you get vanish and distract. I did 3 attempts at 21 and never even found the npcs to pickpocket. the corpse run from southshore is evil
