I have low fps on Belo'ren and on L'ura, I haven't found a fix, I just updated all my drivers now including audio drivers and hoping it will help. My graphic settings are optimised for raids so I don't really understand. Some guildies have the same problem.

Huh? If you have another dagger upgraded to 6/6 of the same tier (hero, mythic, ..) you can upgrade them for free, never heard of upgrading stuff cause your crafted is upgraded, note I didn’t play before midnight

Then half the time you missing multiple 3-7% damage buffs and your parse doomed from the get go.

As for your initial inquiry here I would say going Outlaw for now would not be a bad idea if you feel comfortable switching.

Just remember to set your loot spec to Assassination

But pertaining to crafting, Hero crests will drop like rainfall once you get a better ilvl so I would just grind some ilvl-appropriate things until then.
