outlaw could just press blade flurry but even then, outlaw during CDs has lower GCD than the rest of the classes, which means it would suffer a lot from the 25% penalty

Yoo what's currently the fastest way to gear up an alt without(!) doing delves? Got my first tank to 80 and hit 625 ilv with Warbound gear pretty much straight away. Wanna push m+ until the end of the season so i need some ilv asap.
Ran an 8 delve yesterday and although piss easy, also boring af. Took me an hour or so because i do so little damage and i generally find delves quite tedious to do.

However, it would be incredibly brainless and if you did say, 20 a day you'd probably get it done quick enough

It's frustrating how much I struggle with t9 delves even though I'm a a few ilvls above the recommended. Sometimes I'm burning cheat death on simple trash packs, and I have to skip as many fights as possible or it takes forever.

you either tricks onto brann, or honestly just make sure to stagger the healing pots on the ground. That's sufficient for both sub and outlaw. Dunno about assa, haven't touched it much, that spec is cringe

but the effectiveness is a bit diminished because e.g. subtlety has a aggro modifier during shadow dance, so you usually can't get aggro during cooldowns.

Sub is good, too. They're all good but def Assa is the combo of strength and easiest to learn, imo. Sub has a learnign curve (Although it isn't complex..) to learn it's rules and behaviours and a lot of the why of something.
Try them out and see which you click with 'cos it's going to be a subjective enjoyment

i do think most players love one class or spec and only switch to diffrent ones if this one is rly bad.
Hero talents are mostly a missed opportunity and in general bloat the talent system more than they add meaningful value, but they usually don't impact weather or not you pick a class.

They actively makes the gameplay worse. Deathstalker is on occasion so disgustingly terrible that it makes me wanna delete my rogue. Fatebound RNG capstone is worse tho.
Would rather reroll than play current outlaw (sorry outlaw lovers), especially due to killing spree.
Sub is acceptable (trickster sub that is), but assa mostly performs a bit better so i personally cant help but play assa.
To me the hero talents are either 'do nothing dont notice' or just 'make gameplay actively worse '.
I played some alts, all others i played i was actually excited to get some of the hero talents... Wish i felt like that for rogue, because rogue t-mog is 10/10 and that counts aswell.
Blizzard really went with "Hey, remember how we changed combo points to be on rogue, so they can target swap? Ye lets make something EVEN WORSE so they cant do that"

Depends on key level but should be able to have feint up for any big damage events. Can save evasion for if you run out of feint charges or to double up for a big damage event if you’re spec’d into elusiveness. Cloak can be used for anything super dangerous or just to help the healer

sub delves are mega boring now that I discovered the permanent tricks of the trade nonsense, and I still can't do t11 with assassination because it doesn't have access to trickster
So I switch to outlaw for delves now and practice my comically messy rotation while brann rolls over everything
Sometimes have to switch back to sub for the boss though because brann might actually die before the boss does otherwise

You can pretty safely play only sub/assa, and assa doesn’t super care about secondaries so you can gear for sub and freely swap to assa as you wish, maybe change a neck/ring or two
Outlaw is very different and has specific gear requirements, needs a different type of MH weapon, etc and is almost never the go to rogue spec in raid

Extended endgame play used to make my hands hurt too. Then something interesting happened: my infant son killed my gaming laptop, and I had to find another way to play the game. I ended up turning to the steam deck, and now I play wow on what is essentially a giant gamepad. It's wildly more comfortable.

Also to clarify, I hopped on the game at around 6:30 (est), did a few TW dungeons and also upgraded my DISC belt. Then I went to Undermine and started killing Goblins while I did some WQs there. Got the mount after the 3rd portal, killed a total of about 7 Goblins. 7:30.
She had been sitting in Undermine all day since the servers came back, afaik still nothing.

I suspect undermine might be the most popular place to hunt treasure goblins cause a portal can spawn on the other end of the zone and you can still make it there before the goblin appears

If you are playing outlaw you can use KS to eat a bunch before cloaking it off. You can always feint/Evas tank a few stacks before doing so as well. I typically try and eat 3/4 if I got cloak up for the 5 set

Hi guys! I suggest it going to be a million times asked question and I really appoligize for that! But, to be honest, i didn't find a correct answer on it. For some background, I've been playing wow for 2 months I guess and most of this time was played as retri pala, got it to almost bis gear and now I found out that I got tired of it a bit and I'd like to try something else, and I came up with rogue because ninja-like playstyle and all this stuff 😄
So actually my question is about which spec (assassination or outlaw) is more suitable for players new to this class (and if there any big range of difficulty between them at all)? And in terms of heroic/mythic raiding, and m+ keys, how does it feel there? I have a feeling that being a rouge might be frustrating because I often see people don't take them into parties because everyone want see "meta" classes in their party. Also I've heard somewhere that it's highly recommended to have a good performance pc because you have to react to a lot of different things otherwise you'll be trying to outperform tank in terms of dps o_o, is this really like that? (I think I have about 30 fps in raids and 45-50 in m+ dungeons)

Assassination is probably the better bet, but I'd suggest trying both. See what you vibe with more. Both are very solid, but Assa is probably the eaiser of the two to pick up and learn. Good FPS matters but you can just lower graphics, it's fine.

I don't think hardware performance is unique to playing rogue, but if you get stutters etc it is more likely to cause issues with outlaw (you are usually GCD locked with 0,8s GCD) than with assassination. Having said that, both specs play very differently so you might want to try both. Do keep in mind that outlaw has a requirement for a certain % of haste, while assassination is playable with mostly any secondaries

Rogue isnt as intuitive as other classes like warrior or ret. Best bet is for your to choose a spec and read a guide real quick

If outlaw is a problem, try assassination, probably your best start
To be fair, outlaw requires you to drink 4 energy drinks per gaming session
