I say this if you are planninng to keep your current gear for a bit (a week or more)
I have not ran without guidon though so test and see if you can fit 2 sectec inside the blades timer. if you can, golden. if not, iether farm gear or change gear around. I play with guidon and around 720 haste to help with lag and my skill (therefore lack of lol)

so you treat pbox as a 3min trinket
at a more complex/advanced level
because timings are
pbox - 0, 3, 6
sblade - 0, 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6
but say it's a 5min 30 fight
you could delay your 4.5 min blade to 5min
so your last usage syncs up with pbox
but this is a more advanced min/max which you need to have an understanding of boss kill times + what your raid dps is doing atm
