You can also do opacity changes in a cdm addon. So for me when feint has zero charges I see the actual CD icon. If a charge is available it’s not shown. I do this with all my utility spells.

No it's not shit, it's just not an accurate representation of what your DPS is or will be in keys or raids

This is kind of not what sims are meant to be used for

Like it's useful for comparing gear

Or trying out talents or consumables

In certain specific situations like ST or maybe AoE sorta kinda

But it's by no means going to be an accurate representation of actual fights in both dungeons or raids

For example, in some dungeons on opening pull with BL I can do like a mil dps or close to it

But I'm not always doing that in every dungeon

It depends on how many targets, how fast they're dying, what buffs you have, what procs you get, ...

There are too many variables

Lets say the tank pulls one pack less, then my DPS is already gonna be way lower, but it averages out over the full duration of the dungeons

You can equip two, it's only the embellishments that block equipping more than two crafted items - although the OH is pretty low value so it is probably more worthwhile to craft a different slot
