With the latest reset, the crit stacking is not as strong anymore, but regardless, you won't see the biggest difference, compared to before.
Sim your character, but generally things are the same.

M+ likes mastery a tad more, but it's not like you're going to suddenly suck if you don't have 1300 mastery
