So, if I'm currently at, say, 811 haste and the SecTech cooldown ends about 1 second before Shadow Blades—then I'll increase my haste even more, because SecTech and Shadow Clones take 1–2 seconds to cast.

In other words, we want the second SecTech to be ready and usable about 2 seconds before shadow blades run out.

There is a bug that makes it so while Premeditation is active you cannot get a refund nor spawn the clone from Ancient Arts. This is not something you need to play around, as using Ancient Arts of Secret Technique is about the same value as using it on a regular Eviscerate.

.5 adds a lot more burst in blades which therefore means this has a lot bigger impact
