I simed it and the head catalysted to tier is the biggest increase because I'm currently equiped with a champion head.
I got hero head in bags waiting for cata charges and I can also farm hero boots. But thinking about long term what would better? Just call it a day with head or chest or go for this particular pair of boots (crit/mastery balanced) that might be harder to land as a tier head can virtually come from any type of myth track head?
