I dont know what people smoke, sub is great for m+. We have utility, prio damage and good ST dmg even on aoe spec. Anything up to a 10 doesnt matter, the ranking/tier system is more apparent for mythic raiding and super high keys.

The reason u dont get invited is not your class for the most part. Start building your m+ rating, you shouldnt have any problem joining anything up to 10 if you are geared enough.
