I've read the FAQ, but am still unsure about some of the nuances around haste. Can anyone confirm -- which sources of "haste" affect SecTec CDR and which ones affect Deepening Shadows? Trinkets affect both, but you need about a second prior to dancing to get the extention? Do things like PI and BL affect either and if so, do we need the effect prior to using the abilities? I.e. briefly hold opener for BL cast to get SecTec CDR or something
