If you have enough shadow techniques stacks is it worth doing an extra backstab before going into a dance to get ancient arts up for sec tec?

yeah im at like 30 secs and i either send a sec tec with SD or send sec tec without SD and have 2 stacks of SD ready for SB 10 secs before

Im having trouble following we do dance straight in to sec tech no? So wouldn't premed get used for the 2nd empowered combo point
