1st pull in Priory for example. While the tank is gathering all the packs together, I could start stabbing the 1st pack and applying rupture on them. HOWEVER! 😛
2 problems:
- that'll "waste" my unseen blade proc that takes 20 secs to reset and once I start doing burst on the gathered packs my target wont be Fazed
- applying rupture to a bunch of mobs at start really nukes my energy and leaves me too dry to do the burst phase properly -,-

Subtlety is designed to be a spec with highs and lows. During your cooldowns you do immense burst and have plenty of buttons to spam but conversely outside of symbols and dance you do not do any damage whatsoever. This means that having some periods of "afk" downtime where you do not press a button because you're out of energy is the intended way the spec plays. As long as its not happening inside your cooldowns (flag/blades/dance/symbols) its not a problem at all, and especially nothing that having more haste would "fix".

@vale pine there seems to be a small issue on the wowhead trinket graphic, Thug Hotline is shown twice and when you mouse over the 2nd icon it shows Mega Magnet's tooltip (which is also listed once already)
