Subtlety is designed to be a spec with highs and lows. During your cooldowns you do immense burst and have plenty of buttons to spam but conversely outside of symbols and dance you do not do any damage whatsoever. This means that having some periods of "afk" downtime where you do not press a button because you're out of energy is the intended way the spec plays. As long as its not happening inside your cooldowns (flag/blades/dance/symbols) its not a problem at all, and especially nothing that having more haste would "fix".

there aren't enough logs to check properly or I am not even sure how you even check that, but from the few I've seen and the one raid I did it felt like only one of the rogues is getting the resets from unseen blade (the ones that happen randomly from autos) or rather the reset happens and one of the rogues benefits from it if that makes sense

Depends on how long the fight lasts. If it last 6:20 or longer and you can flag on cooldown, you could use your pot at around 6 minutes again. If you cannot pot a second time, you might as well pop it during lust. Lust doesn't do much for us, but it's better than no lust I guess.

the game checks if you have spare room for combo points
so lets say you have no combo points and use a backstab
you get one combo point from backstab
and one for each shadow technique stack you have
so if you have 1 stack of sht, you would get 2
if you have 2 stacks of the buff, 3...

so now you would get 2 instead of 1 stack every proc
additionally, the chances to get the proc get higher
so instead of your 3rd auto attack giving you a 50% chance of a stack
its now your 2nd
and if your 2nd does not proc, your 3rd with 100%
so shadowcraft is rly good, as it speeds up the rate at which you get stack as well as the amount of stacks you get
but shadowcraft has a 2nd superpower
it can give you full combo point refunds, so let me try to explain how that works
basically there are a lot of times you don't get to use stacks on combo point builder because they generate already full combo points
