You can run HC as many times as you want, but only be able to get loot once per week per boss. Mythic is one-and-that's-it because you get locked to the instance ID itself, so you kill one boss and that's it, no more Mythic outside that ID.

The orb and circle from Treacherous Transmitter always spawn in the same spot. Relative to how your character is facing it spawns northeast/1:30 o'clock/frontright, this means you can know where it will spawn and react accordingly.

other people will macro Symbols of Death and Shadow Dance, but that's recommended against because there are times you'll use one and not the other
essentially, you anchor your use of those cooldowns to Secret Technique and use what you have available at that time. Sometimes its both, sometimes its just SoD, sometimes it's just Dance, sometimes its just Sectech by itself
Important note with SoD and Sectech with the talent Supercharger: always aim to use your supercharged combo points with Sectech and Evisc/Coup, which is why we try to use Sectech as first finisher after casting SoD

This is just new items. Returning are similar but there's more of them.
Both new mounts are 5k, both pets are 2k. Weapons are 1k to 2k. Some of the other stuff is 500, etc
