Don't use Glow External element in conditions

Just make a basic Icon rupture WA that glows when you want it to, then A) set it's Color setting to Transparent (so that the icon itself is hidden, but the glow will still show), and B) anchor the entire WA to the button

that way you don't have to manage show/hide

you just say "When rupture off or under 9 seconds, glow" and that's it

The critical points here separate from normal WA settings are:
A) use "Color" (NOT Alpha) at the top to set the transparency of the Icon alone to 0, which still allows the glow to show
B) using Select Frame as an anchor with your action button as the anchor
C) using Frame Strata to make sure the aura is drawn on top of the button

SecTec is kind of used on Cd but not always. Your goal is to use it as much as possible, and attempt to have as many Dance+Symbols overlap on it as possible. When you're outside of flag/blades, your thought process is looking at SecTec's cooldown and planning "SecTec is about to come up, do I use Symbols with it? Do I use Dance with it?" based on how close you are to your next flag

If your next flag is 30 sec away, don't send a dance

but you can still symbols + sectec

If next flag is 20 sec away, stop using sectec entirely

i actually did something very specific with my gear in order to be able to swap between sin and sub comfortably, i use mostly mast/crit gems in all my gear

so that way it's a lot easier to be able to put on my sin set and have enough crit

and from simming so long as most of your gear is vers+mast for sub, what you do with the last few % of stats doesn't really make a huge difference (and trickster doesn't mind getting some crit)

BP benefits from find weakness, and we are supposed to use it once in a 4-pack during dance and always in 5+ packs (ignore prio damage). In that case, would that also mean using shuriken storm once before any of the following BP uses?

The wowhead guide says to use storm once at 5+ for DM stack, but I'm also guessing its to try and apply Find Weakness debuff?
