It’s complicated but basically when you hit vendetta it’s locking the tick rates, so if you flag+vend you lock the tick rate until you refresh the bleed. If you flag finish mfd finish you get the 5% from flag, 5% from finish, 5% from mfd finish, and THEN you lock the rates

Pretty bad at swapping to mcs, most you can do is apply your bleeds and wait it out, mfd envenom but that's always felt like a waste

But usually your team should develop some sort of grouping cc chain for the aoe andies to rip up the mcs while you hit boss

Sin gains the most from the p3/p4 buff and it's not even close. You'll likely pull the highest dps numbers as Assassination on the fight, but lack a bit in mobility and MC damage.

MC's have been nerfed a lot, so it's not super necessary to have the highest possible MC damage anymore honestly.
