to add to that, one of my favorite things about ms1 is that no matter how much I do on how many characters or no matter what I do, I know and feel like I'm always doing something to improve and progress. I just wanna chill and grind? 40% exp to next level gained, pog, another grind session and new level, 4 more levels and I hit a new area, could do that in a couple days, but I'll probably push it out to a couple weeks, no biggie, we'll get there. Practicing new boss I haven't killed? learning mechanics pog, do another pull, at some point I can get it down, even if it ends up being a 15 minute fight, I can grind some gear to get a bit more damage so I don't have to sweaty game it so hard. Daily boss runs and dailies and shit? Making me money, getting me some stuff to help gear. Leveling an alt? Multiple account wide systems that make all my characters get stronger because of it, once the alts are strong enough, they can do daily bosses and stuff too, can funnel those rewards back into my main. Even just going back to like starter zones for collectibles can be worth it through the collection systems. I log in, even playing like 30 min, I feel like I'm inching forward on my journey, and it might be months or years out, but I know where I'm going and that journey is fun to me

I guess I'm burned out a bit by seasonal games, I play mostly wow and path of exile, and both of those are like "hey new patch for 3-4 months, grind it out and then chill until next patch when you grind out of your mind for a couple weeks at the start again"

Bleeds update their tick rate dynamically, which means that if you get a haste proc (which increases our tick rate) from somewhere during the encounter (ie.
