1. The FAQ said we should use shiv on cd. If the shiv is ready during the flagellation stacking 12s period(eg. the 6th seconds), should I use it? If I use the shiv, most of the time I may lost a finish during the flagellation stacks. It may lead to a 25 stacks instead of 29 or 30. If I use the shiv after the stacking period, it may waste 6-7s cd of the shiv. What should I do with the shiv?

2. How should I deal with the garrote during the flagellation stacking period? The garrote lasts for 18s. During vendetta it only lasts for 9s. If the garrote buff is down during the flagellation stacking period, should I reapply it or stacking the flagellation first? A typical example is the opener, when we use the vendetta after flagellation, the garrote only has around 8s left. When the garrote buff is down, we still have around 4s for stacking the flagellation. Should I risk to lost a 5 stacks to reapply the garrote?

You don't have to press it the very same second it enters pandemic, you have 2.7s to do so during Vendetta. So if your Garrote enters pandemic and you're at 5CP, you would use a finisher, then mutilate, then garrote. If you're at 0CP, you would Mutilate then Garrote and so on.
