If you overwrite dots that were ticking at vendetta speed, they go back to normal, right? So we probably let things fall off or get quite close before refresh instead of pandemic timing as you exit vendetta?

When in vendetta we can just keep refreshing them, but it is important for you to reapply garrote and rupture again before vendetta falls off, so garrote the target at around 6/7seconds of vendetta so you can garrote again before vendetta ends. After that you let them fall off and reapply after new ones at normal rates

In the video he discusses how you "dont need a crap ton of haste and to focus more on crit and mastery once youre around 275 ilvl", but my sims are consistantly spitting out haste as my dominating secondary stat, even bringing crit down to only 33%. Do you guys think I should stick with the sims here or try to prioritize a bit more crit over haste?
