Shiv (1:30, holding sepsis 30 seconds for vend)
Vend+sepsis+shiv (2:00, using the sepsis here)

Vend+sepsis+shiv (4:00, with the fight ending before 4:30)

The second example requires a fight of between 4 and 4:30, but the logic can be extended to sync the final sepsis with the final vendetta of the fight in general. Keep this in mind depending on your kill times next patch

We haven't looked into Ambush since 9.0.5 because it was bad. But I found an overall 0.8% gain from using Ambush instead of Mutilate a few months ago, and the few reasons are because of:

1. CTTC was introduced so we need less CP to get Slice running permanently
2. We don't play Doomblade, which favored more mutilate casts
3. Venthyr still presses Mutilate because it favors combo points more than the other covenants, but other covenants don't value cp as much so the Ambush makes more sense.

Just simming 5 minutes is good enough because it introduces 20% variance by default, meaning it'll sim everything between 4-6 minutes (so one or two casts)

If it wins on 5 minutes, it'll likely win on longer fights as well.
