Eh, well, in Halondrus the gap is probably more than 1k dps, but on Anduin the dps difference might not be that pick, but the damage profile is a bit different
Sub has much more funnel which is useful for that fight
But every other fight looks good for both specs, Pantheon definitely looks like a Necro Assassination fight - at least for now
If it's of any comfort, I'm personally only playing Assassination on every boss

Taking tier lets you trade it, taking the trinket gives you a trinket you might still be able to upgrade, but could also open up a trinket trade from pantheon. So I guess it really depends
