Vend sepsis shiv - cooldown time!

Maintain dots and finish with envenoms, until your first gar is dropping off. When that happens, vanish gar to refresh it. This second subterfuge window you might go gar env ambush or gar ambush ambush, etc etc. the combo doesn’t matter, just finish if you have cp, ambush in place of mutilate and play normally

Shiv every 30 seconds in order to line up with vend every minute and sepsis every minute and a half
