how long do adds have to live for it to be worth to garrote/rupture? is it always worth for the energy or nah? I am thinking like adds on soulrender, orbs of torment on remnant, that kind of thing

rupture has a fallback mechanic, this means you usually can apply rupture to most targets

They should live the duration of your bleed. So it’s based on how long they live how many CP you’d use

But even a 3cp rupture is worth on an add that’s about to die for energy

Because when they die you get energy refund

For orbs of torment I only use 3 CP rupture because my raid decimates them

I also don’t usually rupture them unless they are taking damage. Don’t want Winds to hit an immune target.

For Soulrender I’d recommend rupturing 2-3 adds

Depends on how fast your raid kills them though

the amount of energy you get from rupturing the adds seemed worth it to me every time on Remnant, soulrender it depends how fast your raid is blowing them up, at least with the orbs you could apply early and benefit while they were still immune

eye is the same way, not that anyone struggles there, but juicing that fight with necrolord was fun
