Not sure if you're using DBM or a boss timer addon, but changing the sounds and going off of audio cues rather than trying to stare at cast bars is how I play. Changing the Father's cast to a telephone ring then just insta pressing macro blind, or changing valks to boxing gong makes me insta look up, etc. It's mostly mechanics. WA/Addons exist to bridge the gap if your reflexes aren't up to snuff

That's not actually true, even if you're in an encounter where you have a mob who has true sight like in M+, you can still drop threat with Vanish

However the Mage Tower is coded to keep you in perma-combat until you change phases, finish the encounter or die.

Only bloodlust if you get jarl down to 12-17%, If you do it this way you don't waste gold or mats on failed attempts. If you get jarl to 12% and drums you should kill him very quickly. Deeper strategem worked way better than vigor for me because it's easier to keep rupture up while doing overlapping mechanics

I just ran some legion raid to get old gear so I could do the shoulder and leg enchants. I also got dauntless trinket from legion broker with 20haste. Also use heart of azeroth and any legion legendary you have. Then you should have no problem hitting the dps check if you are maintaining bleeds
