Value is still fairly specific though, like Countermeasure is good with Venthyr and Frost set due to lots of crit, not really much gain for say Kyrian Sub or something. AA ring is a great BiS replacement item but pretty close to Sylv ring (which is silly but at least it's not strictly amazing or anything) so they might not nerf anything. We'll see

The thing for me and healing was conserve as much health as possible when I was at full health. If I knew a yellow heal orb was coming soon (like if I hadn't seen one in ~30 seconds or so, I would face tank a lot more damage.

idk if that's helpful, but it gave me some kind of priority for when to play safe and when I could play a little more recklessly to keep as many dots up as possible

Swapping some gear to have more haste might be helpful as well.
