Even if that means I wait out using it during vendetta. Or not having shiv up.
Winds comes every 20 seconds so it's not like you have to make a major adjustment to get it to land in the 4 second vanish window.
Optimally speaking you would even be able to just have your entire shiv rotation during it too.
