basically, to time a good Halls you need the nice route that requires the whole group to have balls, and at an average or fairly good player level, this results in some deaths, but you win anyways because you did good pulls. I have no clue how people "feel" legendaries in the first place. All of our best legendaries are super passive. Zoldyck just increases our bleed/poison damage, Doomblade increases our Envenom damage and adds a bleed, Dashing increases poison crit chance
