Top tier in raid but tuning reliant. Rogue doesn’t really bring much outside of damage, both of those specs bring a raid buff and one has a raid CD as well. For m+ I won’t comment much as I don’t play Assa in m+ (because there are better options even within the rogue class).

we're a "casual" mythic guild

on the other it's incredibly frustrating watching poeple not learn basic mechanics in a fight for like 30 pulls
