Depends on your talents, right
With Vigor you'd always use a finisher at 4-5 combo points
But with Deeper Stratagem you'd always use a finisher at 5-6 combo points
So if you were playing Deeper Stratagem in that situation, you would Mutilate again
If you were playing Vigor, you'd use Envenom.
