Obedience will underperform everytime you have Flagellation off-CD for an extended period of time because you either deal with intermission, or whatever

It will also underperform if you can't line up with vendetta (which is the case if you need for exemple to push for a phase that last like 2m30 or 4m30

And even if everything is perfect for Obedience, like timers are ok, no downtime, etc... it still only just equal to doomblade.

I agree with Kerry. You can push any spec if you have the means group and knowledge of that spec. Maybe not top keys in the world but you can push it
