What is the optimal usage of Sepsis I don't know the exact kill time? I've been casting it with Shiv even when not casting it with Vendetta. I looked at what the simulation does and it seems to always synch second Sepsis with second Vendetta. After that it just slams it on cd even without shiv buff.

If you don't know the kill timer, it's better to just use it on CD with Shiv, like you have been doing.

It follows the same principle that many other abilities and big cooldowns follow

I mean, it does look pretty jank, because holding it for 9 more seconds to sync with Sepsis would not equal to half of Shiv's cooldown. But it doesn't do what the description says.

I would just try to sync Sepsis/Shiv together every time.

Sepsis doesn't have a condition to hold for Shiv, which may be the reason it works like this

It has a condition to sync with Vendetta, but not Shiv. And Shiv is told to be used on CD, or held for 12s if Vendetta is coming off cooldown.

But yeah, whatever. Just use it on cooldown, try to allign it with Shiv if you can and sync with Vendetta if you won't miss out on casts. I'm probably just 100% wrong on everything I just said, so do take everything with an enormous pile of salt. Maybe the APL knows that you'll miss out on a Shiv cast in the long run if you hold it there for 10s and missing out on casts is a bigger no-no.

Sbs is cheap cp and does a lot of damage, and necro has 2 very good soulbind trees for m+. Venthyr's haste is not as impactful by comparison and theotar and nadjia are pretty inconsistent in terms of benefiting from their soulbinds

Sin already does lots of prio damage with vendetta or just by tunneling something with shiv+envenoms, I don't find flag to be neccesary to kill prides or prio targets even in higher keys

You want to be getting value from your conduit as much as possible, and since you don't fok until 4+ which is only when the skirms spawn it's a bit of a waste for a large portion of the fight

Especially when the dps increase of the conduits is all pretty low
