MA is a really good one to enable kills through burst. But if you're doing 2s and it's versus a team you don't think you'll be able to burst down Doomblade would enable you to DPS more. Sephuz is also good, especially in 3s vs some comps. If you are Orc and have Sephuz you can't basically die inside a stun, which is super good.

3. You let your bleeds drop a few times. Always make sure to have your bleeds up at all times. Are you aware of the pandemic mechanic?
4. Do not let your energy overcap. When you are about to do mechanics, use all of your energy so you don't cap it during the mechanic.

So, to go in depth in number 2

You cast Slice n Dice too late, you use Flagellation as your first gcd so it doesn't get any value from previous combo points, you apply rupture before garrote, you use IQD in the very beginning, you use Shiv before applying all bleeds and you NEVER used Vanish

Goes to show again how little openers matter in the long run.

But at least the opener is very simple to fix. Just do the correct rotation on a target dummy a few times and it'll stick.
