I highly doubt you have enough haste to hit DRs. Just get more comfortable with optimal timing for cds and such and make sure you're using consumables

yeah. you want to keep using mutilate, get a garotte up on the small add, and garotte+rupture on the big one. if it's slow to die you can focus it but otherwise it's ok to just focus on inerva

Tyrannical = good for sin, (though packs will die quickly so on low keys the overall will be bad I think). Inspiring is terrible overall. Necrotic is also terrible for the tank. But sin is good at nuking priority target tho so kinda good too in a way.

yo could anyone help me with my vault, i simmed it but i feel like the item that came out isn't that great atm i have 220 51 haste 85 versa and i have to choice between 226 92 crit and 50 mastery or 226 46 haste and 96 mastery (all 3 are legs) my stats at this moment are 23.5% crit,21% haste,17.5% Mastery, 13.1% versa (i'm necro so i don't have the venthry haste)

Nah it all depends on your timings, if the party/raid is low health or mana it will end up as heals / mana for healer. But if it's stable it will proc stats 100% of the time.
Also, assuming you macro it to target yourself before using so you don't end up doing "execute" damage to the target

EP is usually played in AoE fights like Huntsman/SSK/SLG and maybe in Sludgefist for the burst, but that's about it
