a little less clear cut. MA and Doom are both very good for pillar/overall damage, but you can take a little bit of a hit on overall damage and shift it into the execute phase if you'd like

Generally in the APL for PvE if it lines up you want to do that as well, though the timing can be a bit tricky. You'd probably want some sort of a WA or timer for Sepsis debuff and maybe an alert of some type to do that, though PvP has its own rules with usage of CDs/Defensives and whatnot.

Not sure what this is referring to, but you don't necessarily want to go Outlaw on AoE fights.

Assa beats Outlaw in 2 targets for example.
