So, I’ve only got 35 haste (and 36 crit, and 37 mastery) due to just how upgrades have worked out. However in combat I sit between 50-60 haste due to procs. I have noticed that Exsang still does much better for me than TB, but am on the fence between CT and PB. In dungeons CT has really upped my aoe dmg, but am unsure if it is the correct choice on raid bosses. It feels like to me that since I’m running Exsang that CT might be preferred.
