They are called War Chests, every 20 minutes there will fly a airplane across one of the 6 lvling zones that drops a crate. If you open the Chest that comes out of the Crate you get 50 Conquest

You can do this once a day for free 50 Conquest

There is also one in Nazjatar that drops i think 65 Conquest which you can also collect once a day

So with just collecting the chests you can get a 445 item every 5 days
