Ah, so interesting. For chests for Outlaw from the azerite vendor (simming that first as it's easier) - There's 5 potential upgrades, but only 3 are really worthwhile. The worst one of those is supposed to be a 1.9% upgrade while the Vex chest is 1.6% (For comparison, getting a mythic razor coral over my one crappy trinket is worth 2.6% apparently). Patchwerk sims.
For shoulders, the best drop for Outlaw would only be a 0.5% gain.
Gonna compare now with a sin set, though chest is probably best gamble.

Yeah so this team I'm half-filling, maybe coming on more full-time, they borrowed me starting last week. But with Vex dead I think they have 7/12 down, working on Ra-Den this week. Haven't killed Shad'har myself. Vex shouldn't be too difficult to down again if the group tackles it, but it's a short 2-day raid week and people are overgeared in general, so might not get much raid loot from reclears.

Vigor sims very slightly worse (-0.3%) for me in a toxic blade build on a patchwerk fight. Does that hold true in a real world scenario (with deeper stratagem being better?) Exsanguinate build is only -0.1% worse than that (-0.4% from top gear), and could probably be transitioned to with one more corruption or piece with a bit more haste.

I just pushed through DD and TB build until it switched over for me in sims, I was even using vop major at the similar time. Keep in mind different fight lengths also. Are you simming 3mins? Or default 5mins? Are you only running the same essences for these comparisons?

Don't have a font, have only been clearing to ashvane in mythic pugs for razor coral. Would that be worth it even at 430? Mythic Azshara is probably not in the cards. Otherwise I'll probably just try and get a higher level Plumage in the mean time, and hope for a Vita-charged titanshard. I think Galecaller's doesn't work as well in practice most of the time as it might in a sim.

Not sure I understand how exsanguinate works. Are we supposed to use it as soon as it comes off cooldown or there are specific moment within the rotation when we need to use it?

straight from the guide: Use Exsanguinate off cooldown. Before using Exsanguinate, make sure the duration of your Rupture is >25 seconds and the duration of your Garrote is >15 seconds. Do not EVER refresh Exsanguinate bleeds until they have expired. Do not EVER overwrite an empowered Garrote. Your 4th Exsanguinate should line up with Vendetta and Vanish in your 2nd set of cooldowns. After this point, you need to start thinking about kill timers.

Remember Mythic Raid Groups downed n'zoth months ago, without perfect corruptions and without nerfs. Play it safe. DPS is one number to look at, but it isn't the end all... These mythic fights really come down to doing the mechanics properly
