@jolly helm in general, stat weights are "if you added a bit more stat of this" then it tells you which one would be better. unfortunately we usually have to drop a bit of stat to add another, and with corruptions and traits and essences, its gotten pretty complex.
If you look at them on a regular basis, you will see that crit is good in keys, and haste is good in raid, and agi is low priority. but simming actual pieces is how its done these days.
and even beyond that guides or general knowledge is better than winging it with stat weights.

Bois I need ur help. Rerolled to rogue last week and wasn't allowed to play it on mythic nzoth. I have raid tomorrow and my raid leader told me to play old main (boomie). I asked if I could play rogue but he said no, cuz the other boomie in guild is not gonna be there for raid so we will lack synapse damage in psycus 1. I basically promised him I'd do big synapse damage and he agreed we could try it for 1 or 2 pulls. Any tips? Do I go breath major? Maybe I shouldn't go exanguinate +SS build but double dose instead?

The way to use coral in M+ is using it on your priority target,
and then whenever that target dies, reapply it to your next target.
Whenever your target dies it gives you the crit it would give from using it,
so consuming the stacks for crit mid pack is generally suboptimal.
