Vision is better for boss fights if it means you get the second vendetta when you wouldn't normally
also better for general prio since it means you pop vend + bote together all the time
You disjoint vanish and can use it more fluidly on trash aslong as it's up 1:30 into the fight for 2nd vend
Strife will however probably do more overall unless you get that second vend and ofc gives more vers which is better for you overall/especially since it scales w EB

it depends on which difficulty you run your keys tbh, because u can pretty much run anything ~+15 content without depleating. considering that you do not have any echoing blades i'd say outlaw is your safer bet because even if it is a tyra week you will still do adds. tbh simming would offer a more precise answer due to the factors that will contribue to the keys u run (pull size affixes procs corruptions party comp). so supposing that 3ss 3 hod would be better on ST than OL the latter spec will compensate in terms of aoe. in terms of utility ol beats assa, that's a given

if you're not playing shrouded, vanish when garrote is within pandemic range (normally just after your first tb expires), you can kinda sync to the 2:10 tb later in the fight, but if it's inconvenient don't worry about it too much and just use them off sync
