I have a question - I run 3 double dose. Currently when Toxic blade has ~6 seconds left on CD I will pool energy to 100, drop an envenom, then spam Mut to 4+ CP and Envenom and ignore bleeds for that 10 seconds. Is this how I should be doing it? Double dose is usually 3rd or 4th tied for melee

I've noticed Raidbots says Hood of Slithering Sands is better (for raid) than another hood that is said to be BIS apparently on 2 other sites... now the only difference is one is a second shrouded suff while Slithering Sands has the special trait: Swirling Sands, so I was under the impression that the bonus you get from 1 shrouded is enough, so the crit from swirling sands is better than a second shrouded suff... would that be a correct assessment?
