We're mostly fine with all stat as assasination

in outlaw I have Crit/Vers around 5.2, Haste at 4.0 and Mastery at 2.5 but as sin everything is between 4.9 et 5.1

Also take in consideration that azerite/essence modify your stat weight. I think it's better to aim for the stat you will actually need with your ideal setup rather than with your current setup. (when it comes to farming specific piece in m+ for example)
