Correct, at least as of the last time any significant looking was put into it. A case might be made now to be more aggressive with the Env > mut > env cycle, at least with a fat coral crit stack active combined with BotE since you would be nearing 100% crit, but that difference likely isn't worth trying to sim out fully.

Sorta depends on what the pack is, traits, group etc
You open 3g rup build rup
At 5 bleeds you have inf energy
Now it comes down to wanting to:
- Mongo fok and ignore all cp
- Fok to build, spend on env for prio damage
- Fok to build, reapply bleeds when they're dropping
Sin has a lot of conditions to be met in different situations to maximise the value of its toolkit
