you don't really pool specifically for tb you pool when you don't have a reason to dump energy
look for reasons to spend energy, not reasons to not spend energy
good reasons for spending energy: i am going to cap my energy, one of my bleeds needs maintenance, i have tb currently up, i have vendetta currently up, i am inside an envenom buff with no other priorities
you'll find that if you're permanently floating some energy you always have a buffer that lets you do what you need to do comfortably
and you aren't running into issues of needing to do things on the very last global they are required or having to manage what takes priority over what

If you've got high haste (bad for M+) you'll need fewer bleeds
But you essentially wanna put out as many as you need to sustain energy

If you really want to min-max. You pop your guardian like 2-3 globals before you use vendetta. so the guardian can ramp up to 10 stacks and give you even more damage out of your vendetta with the additional haste

ignore coral and use font as usual till 3rd vendetta

because it doesnt use coral if vendetta is less than 10 secs up

idk why it just uses it as passive till 3rd vendetta
and uses it normaly after that

is just a small gain by .2% but if you channel font 10sec pre pull you cover the entirety of vendetta and you are allowed to use coral a bit earlier
