Warforging/titanforging/sockets make BIS lists unhelpful. Simulationcraft.org will use what amounts to a BIS list in their simulation profile (not released yet last i checked) but it will use only base mythic raid gear with no warforging or sockets.
This isn't very valuable to you because it assumes that the mythic raid is the only source of gear and that warforging and sockets don't exist.
