And beyond that. If Pb is your top, look at the %difference. If it is <0.5% off , it's probably up to you and your group pull size.

EB doesn't really increase your Single Target damage all too much. Even if you are planning on looking good I am not sure that EB would get you there.

and kiting will come back to a more extend the further the expansion goes
but you lose too much on bosses - however this week with teeming it can be a good alternative
i saw muscle running 2-3 eb and the raw dmg is nice on big pulls in some dungeons
