Hmm, i cant seem to get my head around this, i have 370 ilvl and when i see ppl siming i see ppl in the marks on around 16-17 k with that i lvl when i sim i get around 14,500 mark, i run 1 SS one twist of blade and one archive trait, and when i did 2 archive trait i lowerd my dps with around 100 on the sims ?

Basically the only thing you care about with relation to your DoTs, as an Assassination Rogue, is letting your Garrote and Rupture DoTs that are empowered by Exsanguinate fall off completely; don't refresh them during their Pandemic window because you'll be clipping seconds off of the empowered DoTs and replacing them with their normal versions. @eternal wharf

@eternal wharf @proper zealot a bit late to the convo, but exsanguinate does snapshot haste. Not damage multipliers like feral, but if you use a haste buff before casting exsang, empowered bleeds will act as they have the haste even after the buff falls (i.e. galecallers before exsang)

the only piece of Azerite gear I have with SS is a pair of 340 shoulders (feelsbadman), and the other pair of usable shoulders have SoB and are a pair of 370. Without siming, how important is SS. Is it so important to have one of those while doing M+ dungeons that I should use the 340 shoulders. On patchwerk-like sims the dps loss/gain is negligable. Personally I really like the extra combopoints from SS, but then again keeping 2-3 Ruptures rolling is a substantial agi gain.

Can someone explain why the opener starts Garrote>Rupture>Garrote with 1+ Shrouded and Subterfuge? Is it simply because of the combo points? Garrote doesn't do upfront dmg so it feels like a waste. Maybe I'm just missing something very obvious?
