i'd say try to get in contact with groups and chat with them about your situation

if you're capable and willing to improve (and sell yourself) they may be willing to take you on even if you don't meet their standards

but tbh you might be looking at bench riding depending where you look

recruitment is tough right now so you can definitely find a home somewhere for sure

but if you're looking to get a much higher prog guild you won't have too much luck with those logs

keep pushing for better logs, self improve and find evidence of such that you can actually show

i had a guy in ABT who's logs were okay, like 80+ avg in heroic, but my whole raid was way outperforming (partly cause of gear) that so he didn't really register on the radar

GM okay'd him cause he was chill, didn't really think he'd end up raiding with my team, absences/roster boss happened and he ended up getting a spot

guy's now a top performer

Well I think you should try to play all spec to make your own idea about it. Sin is performing well even in high fortified key, especially when NE. And sin have the down time things which is very good in m+ since you sometime need to deals with a shit tons of mechs during big pulls.

There are some dunjon you definitly want to play sub or outlaw like Boralus since you will probably cheese by keeping Spotter alive, thus will prevent you from entering stealth for a lot of packs.

On keys like KR or ToS you definitly want to run sin since you cannot do any big pulls

Do we even play around the envenom buff or just focus on EP uptime (and possibly clipping)? I appreciate the feedback.

theres some nuance in how to play when rtb rolls gives you different buffs, gameplay is a lot more dynamic. pooling and maintaining EP on sin takes some skill but it makes neglible dps difference

and idk if I'm doing something wrong but the numbers don't make sense the formula is as follows [200*(1.27*(1+Versatility)*1.14)] and if you have 0 versatility it makes sense but idk plug in 200 versatility and I get 58k damage? idk it doesnt make sense
