Anyone have any tips/advice for using toxic blade? I'm having trouble getting 3 envenoms inside TB outside of my opener (no galecallers trinket). I usually can only get 2 in, and sometimes fuck it up and only get 1 envenom in. I try to pool up energy before TB comes off cooldown, but I usually have to spend it to refresh rupture or garrote. Is this typical? I know everyone says just use TB on cooldown, but is it ever worth holding it for like 1-2 sec just to pool up a bit of energy?
